Your Wish Is My Command, Says Sushant

It has been a week since Sushant Singh Rajput and Ankita  Lokhande shot their last episode together for  Pavitra Rishta. The show is in its conclusive phase on air. The actor had quit it in 2010 to pursue other career goals, but the actress continued as its leading lady with breaks and time leaps during its five and a half year run. It is in the course of this show that the reel Manav and Archana fell in love with each other, moved into an apartment in Lokhandwala together and committed to marry each other on a future date.

The status of the relationship remains unchanged; the couple already has reportedly picked up a lavish flat in northern suburb, which they will hopefully move in to when they tie the knot. “Yes, we will get married next year, but I don’t know the date just yet,” gushes and blushes the bride-to-be, Ankita, adding, I have myriad ideas about the kind of marriage ceremony I want. It has to be grand and set in Rajasthan. Ive told Sushant about my plans, and all he has said is that my wish will be his command. It will also be a costly affair, which is the reason Ive asked him to work twice as hard and make bucks quickly. I cant wait to marry him.

Sushant had proposed to Ankita while they were participants on Jhalak Dikkhlaa Jaa. The proposal was impromptu, but something that Ankita knew would come her way at some point. The most amazing thing about our relationship is that our love and respect for each other as professionals, and as a couple, hasnt changed. He still loves me, though hes a lot more successful than I am, says Ankita, who wishes that her groom, whenever he arrives to marry her, comes on an elephant.

She adds, My grandfather arrived at his wedding on an elephant to marry my granny. I want the same for Sushant and me. Its a fairytale wedding that Im planning. The break between Pavitra Rishta and my next assignment will be well-utilised.
